Tri-Star Capital is a residential real estate development company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. “Tri-Star Capital”, “we” and “us” mean Tri-Star Capital, LLC, the business that runs this website.

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

• This website has no forms and no sign-ups. Browsing it does not send us your name, email address or phone number.
• No analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies.
• If you call or email us, we get what you choose to tell us, and we use it to answer you.
• We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

This website does not ask you for any personal information. There is no contact form, newsletter or account on it.

Like most websites, the company that hosts our site (Vercel) keeps standard server logs for a short time. These logs include your internet (IP) address, your browser type and the pages you asked for. They are used for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use them to identify you.

This website does not set cookies. It has no analytics, no ad trackers and no third-party cookies.

It does not save anything in your browser’s local storage.

Our fonts and images are served from our own website. We don’t load them from Google Fonts or any other outside network.

When you call or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, your phone number or email address, and your message. Your phone carrier or email provider may also show us details such as your caller ID.

We use this only to answer your question and follow up with you about it. We don’t add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

We keep your messages for 24 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see “Your choices” below).

Please don’t send sensitive information, such as a Social Security number, bank account details or passwords, by email.

The “Investor Portal” link opens a separate website run by InvestNext. Information you give there is handled under that website’s own terms and privacy policy, not this one.

This site also links to our Facebook page and to Google Maps. When you follow those links, those companies’ own privacy policies apply.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Your information may be held by the companies that provide our website hosting, email and phone service, so that they can run those services for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the information we have about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Send these requests to invest@tri-starcapital.com. We may ask a question to confirm the request is really from you.

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website, email or phone system is perfectly secure.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will make it clear on this page.
